Wood County Schools Special Education Office will be destroying special education records of all former special education students with a graduation date prior to and including 2019. Files prior to 2018 have already been shredded. Our school nurse, Alisa Shepler, headed a project that will supply all of our families with a smoke detector. They will be coming home today. Thank you to Nurse Alisa and the other staff who worked to make this project a possibility.

5th grade parents: Tomorrow, May 13 @ 5:30 we are having a lock activity to help our students get more familiar with the combination locks they will use next year. Each student must have an adult attend the activity with them. We hope to see all the students here!

3rd - 5th parents, if you are sending in positive notes for your child to be given out during our GSA testing, please send them in by Friday, 4/25. 3rd and 4th graders will test 3 days and 5th grade will test 4 days if you want to send multiple notes. Thank you!

PreK parents and other parents who have children that require help getting out of the car, please do not park and exit your vehicles in the bus lane in front of the school. Since you must assist your child and/or walk them to the school, you need to park past the crosswalk or across the street. The pullover and drop is for kids who exit the vehicles without assistance and parents can quickly pull away. Thank you for helping us keep all our children safe.
