The WVSSAC has released a new Pre-participation Physical Examination Form that will be required for all student‑athletes beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.

As a reminder, physicals for the 2026–2027 school year may be completed starting May 1, 2026, and must be documented on the newly released WVSSAC form.
