At the April 28 meeting of the Wood County Board of Education, PHS teacher Sam Vincent was named Wood County Teacher of the Year. Mr. Vincent has spent his entire career at PHS teaching math and various history classes. He always goes above and beyond to give his students opportunities to learn both in and out of the classroom. Congratulations Mr. Vincent!
