The Wood County Prevention Coalition is hosting a youth-centered community event, Bowling Bash to Strike Out Drugs, aimed at promoting positive youth development and drug-free lifestyles. The event encourages students to come together in a fun, supportive environment while reinforcing healthy choices under the theme “Stronger Together.”

The Bowling Bash will take place on January 24 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Pike Street Lanes in Parkersburg. The event is open to elementary, middle, and high school–aged youth, with prizes awarded to top bowlers in each age group. Participants will enjoy free bowling, pizza, drinks, and sweaters.

Teams may include four to six bowlers per lane, with a limit of two adults per lane. Online registration is required, with additional details available through the event’s registration page and Facebook event listing.
