At a recent Board of Education meeting, Abbie Burge, educator at Parkersburg South High School recognized students that were chosen by WCS Board Members as exceptional artists. The recognition featured student-artists Ky Pham, Kassandra Wigal, Riley Emrick, Elizabeth Ludwig, Grace Milhoan, Lexi McKinney, Emmalynn Short, and Bowen Rader. Students were part of South's Visual Arts Classes.
