Wood County Schools has announced that pre-kindergarten (pre-k) registration for the 2025-2026 school year will commence on February 3, 2025. Children must be four years old by June 30, 2025 (or qualify for special education IEP services). The district offers free pre-kindergarten classes to eligible children, providing early childhood education to prepare them for future academic success. Recently our students in several CTE classes attended the Washington County Career Center's Manufacturing Day. They took a tour of the facilities, learned about the businesses and career opportunities in the area, and were provided lunch. Everyone really enjoyed their time!
